Name of Competition: PBS Client Transformation Journey Competition

Competition Period: The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 1st of July 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 30th September 2024.

Entry Restrictions: Entrants must be an existing PBS stockist at the time of entry and at the time of prize draw. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

Entry Method: To enter, during the Promotional Period, entrants must complete the competition entry form online including their full name, mobile number, state and at least one photo of their Client Transformation Journey using at least one PBS brand including Bestow Beauty, Body Sugaring Australia, Dermalux LED, HydroPeptide, Fusion Meso, Image Skincare, Lynton Laser, Mesopen Pro/ EPN Microneedling, 1NEED pro, Pure Fiji, Sunescape Tan, Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Divine Pro, Geneo, Maximus.

Competition Entries: Entrants who complete the Entry Method above will receive one (1) Competition Entry. Bonus Competition Entries. Entrants who share their Client Transformation Journey and tag #PBSTransformation will receive two (2) Bonus Competition Entries. There is no limit on the number of Client Transformation Journeys submitted.

Prize: The Prize is one (1) Dermalux Flex MD Phototherapy system. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Prize Draw: There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on Wednesday 16 October 2024 at 11.00am. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The Winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in the Entry Restrictions.

Notification of Winners: The Winner will be notified by telephone and email within 2 days of being determined.

Prize Claim: The Winner must claim their prize by 31st October 2024 after which time a new Winner will be selected.

Prize Delivery: The Prize will be sent to the winner’s place of business within two (2) weeks of the Prize Draw date.

Prize Conditions: In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
